Dr. Richard Buck - Owner Dr. Richard Buck attended the University of Arkansas for undergrad and graduated from Southern College of Optometry.
Dr. Buck has been dedicated to providing quality family eye care in Memphis, Tennessee, since 1976. He offers a truly unique optometric concept by providing eye care services seven days a week. His friendly, honest and forthright manner of dealing with people from all walks of life on a one-on-one basis has made Dr. Buck a leader in his field.

Dr. Courtney Kessler Dr. Courtney Kessler graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in biology. She then received her doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
Her scope of practice includes basic eye exams with contact lens fittings and more extensive examinations dealing with diseases of the anterior and posterior portions of the eye. She has worked with patients as young as six months of age up to geriatrics.
Dr. Kessler currently resides in Piperton, Tennessee, with
her husband Brad, and son Charlie.

Dr. Katherine Brown Dr. Katherine Brown graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor’s of science in biology. She received her optometric degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
While at SCO, she received hands-on training in all aspects of optometric care including primary care, contact lenses, ocular disease, low vision, vision therapy, and pediatrics. She is licensed to diagnose and treat both vision and medical eye conditions as well as prescribed glasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Brown currently resides in Memphis, and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians. |

Dr Christopher Andrew Clarke Dr. Clarke attended Middle Tennessee State University for his undergraduate studies and graduated from the Southern College of Optometry.
After graduating in 1988 he has practiced in Memphis, next door to Lenscrafters, has now joined the professional team of doctors at Master Eye Associates.
As an associate doctor, he is totally dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care for the whole family. He has a special interest in challenging, difficult to fit contact lens patients.
Dr. Andrew Clarke can examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, as well as identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye. He is a therapeutically certified Optometrist, licensed to diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the eye and visual system.
He is married and has two children; a daughter in Birmingham, and a son in high school. In his spare time he enjoys traveling to golf tournaments with his son, as well as fly fishing and tennis.

Dr. David Halkiades Dr. David Halkiades, as a native of the Mid South area, joined the team of eye doctors at Master Eye Associates in 2014.
He is a therapeutic optometrist that is committed to providing eye care for patients of all ages, treating eye diseases, prescribing for glasses, and fitting contact lenses. Dr. Halkiades earned his bachelor’s degree at Tennessee Tech University and his doctorate degree at the Southern College of Optometry.
He is the Spanish speaking doctor for the Master Eye Associates team and is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi. He is married and has two children. |

Dr. Shermita Mitchell Dr. Shermita Mitchell graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She received her doctorate from Western University College of Optometry in Pomona, California. She then completed her Residency in Primary Care with an emphasis in Ocular Disease at The Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.
Her clinical rotations included training in primary care, contact lenses, ocular surgery management, low vision, and ocular disease. She continued to expand her knowledge of ocular disease while working alongside doctors at Charles Retina Institute and Hamilton Eye Institute during her residency program.
Dr. Mitchell is licensed to prescribe contact lenses and glasses as well as diagnose and treat ocular conditions. She is determined to serve and educate patients to ensure they receive the best eye care possible.
Dr. Mitchell was born and raised in Moscow, TN and now resides in Memphis. Outside the office she enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Alexis Grycko
Dr. Alexis Grycko graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry. She then received her optometric doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
During her clinical rotations, Dr. Grycko worked at a VA Hospital, a private practice, and the Eye Center at Southern College, where she saw patients of all age groups. There she performed comprehensive, medical, and follow-up exams.
She is a licensed therapeutic optometrist dedicated to providing the best eye care for her patients at Master Eye Associates. She is confident in prescribing glasses and contact lenses that fit the visual needs of her patients, along with diagnosing and treating medical eye conditions of both the front and back of the eye.
She currently resides in Memphis, TN and recently joined the Master Eye Associates team.
